"I read others review on the hotel. I booked according to what I read. The hotel was nothing like described. Lobby was beautiful. Hallways were dirty, by the smells in the hallway guests were partying and the smell was filtering into the hallways. We were on the pet friendly side of the hotel if that was the reason. Not sure. I booked 4 rooms for family on our way home from vacation. 1 room smelled so bad of urine that my daughter and family refused to stay. They did refund the charges. Another room the door key wouldn’t work. Several different keys later the door still wouldn’t open. They demanded a full refund and left. The other 2 rooms didn't smell. The rooms were clean but blood stains were on one curtain and shower chalking was moldy. No continental breakfast as described. Outside door to the hallway was left cracked open, appeared to have no lock. The room across the hall had a snack shop sign that he was selling items out of. Pay more money, do not stay here."

"Our stay at LaQuinta was great. The amenities, pool and free breakfast was convenient and nice. However we stayed in room 214 though the room and bathroom was clean the drain in the sink had a strong odor to it. We would leave in the morning and everytime we came back the smell was definitely noticeable. Otherwise everything else was fine and the proximity to the airport was great."

"The customer service was awful. The lady who checked me in was extremely rude and condescending. She looked at me shocked when I told her I didn’t know what type of car the other guest staying with me had, and demanded I call here- even though I said she was on her way. Walking to our room from the front desk with all our luggage (and no offer to help from anyone from the front desk) was difficult. There also wasn’t an elevator in plain sight so we had to carry our luggage up a set of stairs. I was really looking forward to our stay and left feeling disappointed."
