「The staff could not have been more helpful - David in particular - at reception and in serving breakfast. This really makes all the difference after a tiring day travelling. It was lovely having table service at breakfast. I was able to take my dinner to my room which I really appreciated too. The bed was one of the best hotel beds/mattresses I have slept on and I had a very good night's sleep. The carpark was conveniently placed for my hotel room also. 「I would stay again 」

「Polite and helpful customer service. Clean and cozy. The breakfast is very good especially the fish. The only draw back is the WiFi - as it is free, its bandwidth is limited, so a bit slow and unstable.」

「Large very clean room with nice en-suite shower and wc. Room also had a small table and chairs and sink with kettle, tea, coffee and cutlery and plates. Bed was very comfy. Only two small things. Loose towel rail and toilet seat not fully secured. Jackie on check-in very helpful with any information we needed including helping us with bus information and where to eat. 」

「Great 2 night stay in middle of New Forest. Traditional Inn with welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. Room 5 (Knightwood) was modern design with comfy 5' bed & big ensuite shower. Hearty breakfast was made to order, also self service cereals, yoghurts & juices. Delicious dinners both evenings. Although limited parking, arriving ~16:30, found a space both days. 」
