“Room very cold, no staff on site overnight, no food available (breakfast or dinner) we only stayed one night instead of two. The email received prior to arriving stated that breakfast and dinner would be available, staff dismissive regarding no food situation.”

“Easy transport to Terminal 5 if for morning flight short staying is very good and provided breakfast.”
