“The breakfast was horrible. The eggs tasted awful, I do not know what the sausage was made of and the potatoes were not fully cooked.”

“Hot tub was not filled all the way and the chlorine burned our eyes. The waffle makers need to be updated because even with spray the waffles stuck. There were oranges, apples, waffles, milk, coffee, cereal, muffins and raisin bagels and toast. No eggs, sausage or bacon.. there was some oatmeal and juices too.. overall we did like staying tho. The kids enjoyed the pool”

“At check-in, I asked if they had a top-floor or end unit room because I was a light sleeper. The desk clerk said, "I've got you in room 206, right in the middle" Pretty much exactly the opposite of what I'd just said. Across the hall was some loud gathering that I could hear inside my room with the door closed. Whoever was above me kept stomping around continuously until at least 10:30. I had the bathroom fan, air conditioner fan and TV on, and put on an 8-hour YouTube video of white……

“The pool was closed and that was the main reason that we went. The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean ”

“Room was decent. Clean. Did not realize you had to pay for breakfast. That was probably my oversight. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast. Parking was fine. Lots of it. Staff was professional. The pool was chilly. ”

“When I checked in at 2230 after work I was advised that the water was off until morning. So that’s was an issue. When I woke up to get ready for work water was still shutoff. When I got off work at 7pm and arrived back at the hotel again water was still off. So when I left Sunday morning it still hadn’t come on. That’s terrible business and I’m very unhappy with my stay. I was not compensated what so ever. ”

“They no longer have a hot tub even though it’s advertised as having one. It’s a great hotel but it was disappointing to learn the hot tub wasn’t there anymore ”

“For the price I would have went somewhere else but you live and you learn. I chose to pre-register to make check-in easier but DO NOT. It put TWO incorrect pending holds on my account (over $600 worth). They are aware of this issue and chose to not make me aware until I brought it up. The staff were pleasant but seemed lackadaisical. They are currently going through renovations so some areas are taped and tarped off. The pool no longer extends outside (which would have been nice to know……
