「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest.
I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。
在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。

「We booked via Expedia and added the reservation to our premier inn account. There seemed to be a problem from the start. The app stated I had requested a meal and breakfast for 1 (but there were two of us travelling) and that I had over £50 to pay. After several messages via Expedia I was reassured that everything was ok. When we arrived at midnight the reservation number wasn’t in the system… using my name and postcode didn’t work either.
