"All in all, I had a great stay - just had a moment of disappointment when I asked for assistance in finding out when the airport was opened and the front desk agent said she did not know and that I would have to call and find out myself. That was not the response I expected from an otherwise friendly accommodating staff experience I had previously encountered. I was going to give 4 stars to Staff and Service because of this negative experience, but I did not wish to penalize the other caring team members because of this indifferent one. It would have caused her nothing to just check her computer or to make the courtesy call to assist her customer. These little things do matter and it is the one negative experience I will remember along with the otherwise happy staff encounters. Tell Grandpa I said Hello! He ROCKS!!! "

"The location is good for restaurants and shopping. Easy access and good variety for breakfast. They had some gluten free options. The elevator was out of order. The breakfast area was very warm. "
