"This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. "

"We absolutely loved this house. It’s in a great location close to some shops to walk around and the water in the back was gorgeous. Very relaxing. My kids loved walking down to the water, there’s even enough yard for the kids to run around. The backyard had beautiful sunsets. House was very clean with enough room for everyone. "Asa’s home was perfect for our family vacation of 4 (including our dog), but can accommodate many more - The view was so delightful (amazing) that it was difficult to leave each day to explore Newport and the surrounding area. Check-in was a breeze as Asa met us upon arrival to explain everything about the house. The house was lovely and comfortable. It was well-stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Getting to Newport was very easy as the house is close to the Jamestown Bridge. Narragansett is just a short drive away. We also enjoyed visiting the birthplace of Gilbert Stuart, the famous portrait artist. Much to do in the area but we really enjoyed just relaxing at this lovely home. We would not hesitate to recommend Asa’s getaway and we look forward to returning!"
