“The townhouse location is strategy, shops and restaurant are just within a short walk. The room facility is clean and stylist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience for first time visit to London. I will definitely come back to this townhouse if I visit London again.

“The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. ”
“Definitely a decent stay. The location was perfect: just 4 mins walk to the metro, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was clean and cozy. The check-in/ chech-out was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. ”
“Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet.
The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.”
“I can't say enough about the staff at the Charlotte Street Hotel. They were friendly and attentive. They managed to check me in early after my transatlantic flight. They also stayed on top of getting my prescription glasses back from the driver from the airport before my stay ended. The interior design of the hotel was charming and unforgettable.”
“Stay was very pleasant. Basement studio was interesting concept and it worked very well. It's definitely not accessible but for us it worked fine. There was no mobile reception in the badement and due to our checking in link not working we were not able to get info about the wifi or anything else. NoHo answered to my questions very fast and I was able to get the room key even wothout official the check-in. Room was spacious and we slept just perfect. There was not a lot of noice from the traffic……
"The first room they gave me the AC was broken
In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately
The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred
So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack... "
"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
