「这个酒店非常个性化也非常的适合家庭旅游居住，餐厅非常开阔温情。对老顾客非常照顾，特别是对有困难的需要帮助的顾客更能够全力以赴，我是因为车祸啊。又第二次住进酒店。他们不但没有排斥受伤的人。还帮我安排了面对游泳池的开个房间，让我心情非常愉悦，减少了我很大的心理压力。我有机会还会来这个酒店。」

「Terrible, can't open the door, towels are dirty, lamp is not working!」

「Came into town for an overnight business trip. Hotel was centrally located. Pre e mails from hotel manager were considerate, check in was easy and the gentleman at the counter was nice and efficient. 」

「Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Easy location and convenient. Quiet building. Can hear some traffic noise depending what side of the building you are on. It didn’t bother me but it might bother some. 」

「酒店位置非常好，離鐵路站及巴士站只需2分鐘，樓下有便利店很方便，只可惜酒店洗手間有些尿味，想不到新開的酒店都竟然有尿味，這就接受不到，希望酒店員工處理一下這問題。」

「Very impressed and satisfied. The front desk was very accepting and accommodated my autistic child perfectly and helped keep him comfortable and the whole family was impressed, room was spacious enough for a family of 4 and very relaxing and clean 」

「Hotel was very basic, felt like a college dorm room. The blow dryer was missing. It was clean enough but not very welcoming for a Hilton. Bedding was just ok for comfort. 」

「Older hotel but was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The pullout sofa bed was not comfortable for my kiddo so definitely not stay for more than a day if planning to use. Staff was super friendly and accomadating. The pool and hot tub looked very nice but unable to use due to weather. 」

It’s located in a quiet and clean neighborhood and it’s location provided easy access to the metropolitan area as well as highways to other parts of Arizona. Eloy, the property owner was great to deal with and checked in multiple times to assure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would rent this house again for my next trip to Phoenix」
