「Was very disappointed to find the pool permanently closed. Also started getting a smoky smell in our room and had to change rooms which meant repacking and unpacking again. Coffee maker in the lobby was out of order. Was not what i've come to expect from Mariott. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. 」

「Was .05 miles from friends we were visiting. Plenty of places to eat at. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.」

「The rooms at the hotel are being renovated. We have an old shabby room on the first floor and we’re not given one of the refurbished rooms. My daughter and cousins who booked directed with Marriott are in new rooms. It’s a disadvantage to book through Expedia. 」

「The stay was nice and so was the rooms . In my kids room there was a yellow stain on the blankets , even tho I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk I had to walk down to get a new blanket. There were kids playing on my kids door and running all night !! It was the worst my kids was really scared ! Even when we reported it kids was still knocking on their door and running . Other then that the hotel was nice .」

「The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, the front counter staff was not friendly or helpful when asking questions (light skinned black female and a young black male). Also, the hot tub was down during our whole stay. This was not told to us, and when we asked about the hot tub we couldn't get a clear answer. 」
