「Luxuriant and elegantly appointed. A real gem property with attentive and timely replies from host. So wonderful, close to all the best outlet stores, restaurants and yet far enough away to not have all the street noise. Pool and fitness center were a huge plus. 10 mins to Dewey Beach. Will plan to rent again. Consider buying here its great !」

「Perfect area to stay. There is a pool and a lovely pool area. The porch is very cute and you can walk right out of it to the pool. You are a short walk/drive to the beach and boardwalk. This is our 4th year staying in the same condo and absolutely love it. The host is very responsive and helpful.」

「The ocean view from this room is spectacular! The unit itself was okay. It had what we needed. It was clean enough, but not super clean. There were a couple of kitchen cabinets that would not stay shut and they just hang wide open. There was un-repaired ceiling damage in the living room. Just a few things like that, that made this rental just okay. Also, keep in mind that no linens are included and you have to pay 20 per person for Sea Colony passes, whether you plan to use them (for amenities)...

Bay front, gorgeous views, ocean is a quick 5 min walk, walk to a variety of restaurants, place is updated and beautifully decorated. Looking forward to our visit next year」

「Very nice place and convenient for what we needed. Wall were a little thin so the upstairs neighbors kept waking us up at 3/4am in the morning walking heavily around. (But I know this is just a function of living in apartments.)I was surprised to see linens and towels available when we arrived which was not noted in the listing. I would have much preferred not having to bring all of those with us. In the kitchen, there are no condiments at all -- not even salt and pepper so make sure to bring...

「Everything was great the only issue we had was the ac didn’t seem to cool down, thankfully the ceiling fan kept it tolerable. If the ac issue gets fixed or adjusted I would definitely stay here again.」
