「It was, indeed, a pleasure to stay at this property. It is an older building but nicely remodeled inside. No carpet, which is a plus for us. Clean and quiet. Ricky and his son, who greeted us at the door, helped us at every turn. The front desk workers were ALL extremely helpful and friendly. Location was great! Walked downtown and all around. Used the parking garage across the street and very reasonable. Look forward to coming back and staying here again!!」

「Overall it was a nice stay. Mostly quiet, except garbage truck at 4 am Monday. Room was dated. Bed moved every time my husband turned in his sleep in a king bed. Indoor pool was too cold to swim in.」

「OH MY GOODNESS! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! SPECTACULAR! The yard and home are beautiful. I received a very warm welcome from Chemise. She served delicious breakfasts in the dining room every morning and was always available if I needed anything. Outside there are garden areas with chairs and tables. It was wonderful to sit and relax while hearing their water fountains. Amethyst Garden Inn is in a great neighborhood. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The very elegant room I stayed...
