“Beautiful home, well appointed. Comfortable beds. Shower was a bit difficult to use but worked. Easy access to the Comal River. Walkable to downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Only drawback was an infestation of lady bugs in the master bedroom.”

“Initially, we weren’t sure how it was going to go. Upon arrival at our original reservation, the air conditioner was not functioning. However, the rental agent promptly placed us in a different unit. It was nice, but it was not very clean. After being told we would be charged extra if there was excessive pet hair, we found a lot of pet hair all over the unit prior to our pets even entering.The original reservation also was not in a very nice neighborhood, there were spiderwebs all over the……

“Upon arrival, we noticed that the "clean" towels contained hair. Next, the water in 3 locations was brown and discolored. Finally, we located two dead roaches. All of this was disclosed immediately to management, with no response until the next day. I was told the water was to be expected due to nearby construction (not disclosed in listing and unclear if the water was even safe), roaches were not a problem because they were "already dead" and to be expected (not disclosed in listing).
