“We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it. Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful. The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it. The 1st night we asked for a pack n play bed for our baby and more pillows and blankets ……

“The hotel was very clean, spacious, and well ordered. Very quiet too. The metal keys are a touch of nostalgia. “My husband, my daughter and another couple and their kids enjoyed the stay. A space was very big and we had lots of room. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishware we needed. It was one of the hottest days in early August, so the air conditioning could have been a little cooler but overall we were fine. Christine, the host was very accommodating and responsive.”

Everything we needed was within walking distance in Williams Bay and we were only a 10 minute drive to the main area of Lake Geneva. “It was in fact not pet friendly. I was asked to take my dogs with me to work during the day. This was a work trip and I could not take them to work. The entire purpose of finding a pet friendly hotel was so they could stay there while I worked. Logistically they should put pets in one part of the hotel and non pet guest in another. I do understand that people do not like animals that is their preference. My stay was cut short because this was not pet friendly. ”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would. Communication was excellent and prompt. If not right away it was just a few minutes. Apartment was super nice, so welcoming and comfortable. Location is easy to get to, close enough to entertainment yet far enough away to have the peace and quiet for a relaxing wind down. Well equipped apartment with the basics plus a couple of special touches just to make you feel cared for. Highly recommend this place and the company.”
