"It was our first time in Makkah so can't compare to other places. The price was low, so one has to be fair. The location is about 12-15 minutes to haram by car. Has a shuttle, regularly except 18-23hrs. There are shops downstairs. The check-in was painfully long, and i can't understand why. The rooms are pretty clean. Staff were nice when approached and when we asked to swap the towels. Food in the restaurant was okay-ish. Overall, i think it is worth the money that you pay, as other places were quite expensive during Ramadan. "

"Staff not very responsive to needs! I stayed for 12 days and didn’t get any room service, even after asking multiple times and being promised it would happen. Simple items like an iron was not available in the room and not upon request in reception, even though I could see irons behind the glass door of the reception office!"

"I stayed with my wife for almost 3 weeks and it was among the best decision. Mainly because of the staff like Parveez (from Bangladesh) was always so cheerful and kind. His smile and welcoming personality definitely helped a lot to feel comfortable. Same goes for Omar and Taheer behind the coffee bar. The would help even if it was inconvenient and we’re always so genuine and warm. We hope to see them again in a few months for a new family booking. Hope also they get the recognition they deserve from management. The hotel was clean, the male staff usually very friendly and the location was perfect for Ramadan. We had good food options in that area and the best Yemeni sheik that lead us the entire Ramadan right across from the hotel. It’s in Aziziya so getting the full reward at such convenience was underrated. There was also a laundry building in the same road as Awan Coffee shop (a 2 minute walk) that was very cheap and convenient. Definitely recommended. PS: Expedia needs to change the phone number of the hotel. It’s linked to an Indian guy who has been spam called by customers. It’s not the hotel. lol. 😂 poor guy. "

"Room condition, I changed twice my room first there was water leak from AC unit the second once was smell of cigarette and the hotel is non smoking. especially i choosed non smoking rooms"
