「I stayed with my wife for almost 3 weeks and it was among the best decision. Mainly because of the staff like Parveez (from Bangladesh) was always so cheerful and kind. His smile and welcoming personality definitely helped a lot to feel comfortable. Same goes for Omar and Taheer behind the coffee bar. 「was an overall really nice stay! both rooms in the suite were spacious and clean and had a good view from the window. Had a fridge and cooking area including a stove and oven which made it convenient to cook if you weren’t feeling a takeaway. Very good customer service also.」

「I do not recommend this hotel for anyone coming for Umrah or visiting the Holy Mosque. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram. However, upon check-in, I was told that there is no shuttle service during Ramadan and that I should use public transportation instead (they pointed to the buses outside).
