The lack of dining options, lack of staff enthusiasm to assist and be informative and the lack of entertainment options was shocking. 「It was an amazing vacation however the food service was extremely slow multiple times . Breakfast would be finished and the drinks never showed up. That happen twice. You order a sandwich and it took 45-1 hour multiple times throughout the week .」
