"Did not know there was a 25 dollar deposit added on to my bill I've not received it back and it has been 7days "

"this place is a disaster and they have no clue as to which rooms you can stay in. First room was not made up, 2nd room had someone in it, 3rd room had sticky floors and no lock on adjoining room. 4th room was ok but we needed to get towels. The place is being renovated, is a disaster and does not appear to have anyone working on the renovation. No amenities available for use during the disaster "

"Bathtub full of lose hair, window shade wouldn't cover window, biscuit & gravy and cold coffee, other equipment to keep eggs and meat was not working, went elsewhere to get breakfast. And when I checked end last night they told me they would be a extra charge of $50.00, without explaining why."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The floor in the room and hallways were not vacuumed. TV remote didn’t work but we got to chat with staff during the 90 minutes to fix. LED nightlight at the door were annoying. My selection for breakfast was a stale bagel wrapped in plastic. "

"Staff was amazing! I left a pair of earrings I no longer wanted in case housekeeping wanted them, and they called me to inform I had left them. Great stay!"

"When I checked in I was given a handicapped room so I went to the desk to try to get another room and was told all rooms are sold out. When I requested a refund she “found” a room on the 1st floor. The room was not clean, I had yo find a room attendant to clean the urine off the toilet "
