“Our stay was amazing. Place was very nice clean and well kept. Pictures do not do it justice. Latrice the host is extremely nice easy to work with and very communitive. Within walking distance of a "outdoor mall" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also within 10 to 20 minutes of very popular Dayton attractions.100% with out a doubt would recommend and definitely would stay again.”

“The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break.
