「Amazing stay. Great food prepared by owners. The onsen is amazing and even famous locally which they can come use. The bus stop for ski park is 30 secs away. Old town is 10-15 mins walk away.」

「I came to shiga kogen for skiing. The hotel location is excellent. You can have either 3 mins driving to Yokoteyama ski area or 5 mins driving to central area. Other than the location, all staff are very polite, patient and helpful. Some of the staff are able to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently. 「The helpfulness and customer services are top notch! Staff was willing to help in any shape and form and were very kind. The room we stayed was spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were lovely (buffet) with different options between Japanese meals vs western style meal. Burger bar at the entrance is also an option as well. The hotel is next to the ski area so it is very convenient. Great hotel overall 」
