“Nous avons passé trois agréables nuits à l’hotel Thirty One. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons eu beaucoup d’aide pour planifier notre séjour à Zhangjiajie. Une ambiance très « auberge de jeunesse » qui est forte agréable.”

“Our plan was to visit Tiannem mountain park. The hotel is so close to it. The staff was amazing since we have arrived at the hotel. They've such knowledge of the region, where, how and when to go to different places of Zhangjiajie. Since we had more time, the suggested us to go to the great canyon the next day. They provided a courtesy ride to Tianmen national park and they booked and arranged our trip to great canyon. They really went above and beyond. The room was very clean and well……

“This is a brand new hotel. It is only very small details that makes this not be a full 4-star hotel (sufficient towels, toilet paper and so on). But the hotel and the staff is world class. I can only recommend everybody to stay here. The views from the corner family room is amazing.”

“La piscine intérieure est bien chauffée et très propre. Ce que nous avons aimé, c’est qu’elle n’est jamais bondée. On pouvait nager tranquillement sans devoir se frayer un chemin parmi les gens. Il y a aussi des espaces de repos autour pour se détendre après la baignade.”

“I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!”

“It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us.”
