The room was filthy. Floors filled with dirt like it was never mopped. Or swept. Hair all over bathroom. The only thing that seemed clean were the bed sheets. The tv barely worked. Coffe stains, first room was filled with cigarette smoke and asked to change. Would not recommend to anyone

The room was very much disgusting and like it hadnt been cleaned at all beyond the bed. Dirt everywhere, all over floors. Coffee stains and stickers on tables and headboard. Bathroom had hair around toilet and floors. After experiencing a fire in my home this was a last resort aamd i found it appaling that this hotel was even rated good. It was not a pleasant experience

My only complaint was that it was 55° in my room when I checked in at many 11pm It took till approximately 3:00 am in the morning to warm up. Otherwise I was satisfied with everything.

Furniture and appliances in the room are quite old, small fridge and microwave were rusty and looked like they had seen better days, the same could be said about the furniture in the room. Everything needs to be replaced pretty much. The housekeepers they can only do so much with what they have. It looks to me like the owners of this hotel need to make a major renovation from top to bottom.

The best thing about this place was the staff. They were friendly and attentive. From the moment we walked into the place we knew something was off. A folding table was being used for reception as the lobby was in the midst of a renovation. When we asked about that we were told that the rest of the hotel had already been renovated. The room had been freshly painted but the furniture is beat up and the door jambs are rotting away. The door to the room wasn’t even square. The room itself was not particularly clean. There were two lamps in the room and, aside from the bathroom and the room vestibule, that was the only light in the room. One of the lamps didn't work. Our TV also didn't work. When I tried to use the room phone to call the lobby, it didn't work either. I searched for a phone number on Google for the front desk and couldn't find one anywhere so we had to go to the lobby to report these things. Then, at 5:30 in the morning the people in the next room started to have a screaming match and, again, we couldn’t call the lobby to report it. Breakfast was meager as all they had were bagels, bread, mini-muffins and a couple of cold cereal choices. Obviously, I don’t recommend staying here.

Was still under renovation. Bathroom was very nice love the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Need new furniture in the rooms. But with all that I was satisfied with my stay. Will go back soon. Oh and yes clean.
