The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. In the early morning still few ants appears from time to time, they were on the dinner table, on the bed, on the pillow...we have to bear three nights in this condition room. York is a very nice place and we hope to choose a decent hotel next stay.

We enjoyed this large, well-equipped space which was close to all the sights but still quiet and calm. It had a great view of the river from the bedroom and was very close to some good restaurants.

We were so impressed with the townhouse. Parked the car right outside and didn’t move it until we left 3 days later. Perfect location - all of York’s attractions a few minutes walk away, lovely restaurants, pubs, shops the same. We enjoyed walks and runs along the river in the mornings. The house was spacious and ideal for our family with lovely views. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Communication was great - most definitely recommend .

The location was great in terms of walking everywhere. It was lovely to be right on the river. The main bedroom was very comfortable, but the sofa bed in the lounge was not. Neighbours in the upstairs flat were noisy until late the first 2 nights, but after that it was peaceful. Overall we would recommend for a short stay for a family of 4.

Lovely, central apartment.
The apartment is very central and the perfect base for exploring York. Being able to park the car, and in a garage was brilliant. The apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend. Pre-check in communication was excellent. We'll definitely be staying again the next time we're in York!

Perfect stay
Our group of freinds Stayed at the town house and apartment for a long weekend. To start with the hosts communication made things so easy from start to finish. These property’s are full of character and in a prime place in York beautiful views of the river and close to the city a short walk to the cathedral. Parking is onsite and we cannot recommend this property enough. Will certainly return 👍

Beautiful house
Beautiful house, spacious and in an excellent location. Spotlessly clean, well decorated and furnished. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to groups of friends and for larger families.
