“I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. And having a parking spot in the lower level garage was a bonus. On my next trip, this……

“A really nice apartment in the heart of York. Lots of space, clean, quiet, modern, and bright. Very comfortable. It even has an outdoor patio. We truly enjoyed our stay there, highly recommended. ”

“The 2 bed/2 bath was with walking distance of train station and attractions of York. It was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. There even were several through blankets in the living room which made added to the cozy atmosphere. The only draw backs for some might be stairs to get to the apt. and a step down to the on-suite bathroom, otherwise this place is great . ”

“Lovely flat in a great location. Beautiful terrace out back as well. Lots of great to do in an organized folder left for guests. Only gave 3 stars for check in due to not receiving check in instructions before our arrival which left us standing on the street for a bit. I believe it should have been automated but something to make sure you get.Again, absolutely amazing flat and would stay again if back in the area.”

“Great time was had by all 3 of us. Location of the apartment was great. Rooms were comfor;table; everywhere was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Linen was good quality. Met the cleaner as we were leaving and she was pleasant and charming.. Only problem was the spiral staircase we ranged in ages from late 60s to late 70s and the we’re difficult to get up and down. The youngest of the the group got the attic. bedroom. The host was very helpful with the enquiry I made. York is a wonderful……

“The condo is in a building of similar rental properties. It was very clean and exactly like the pictures. We really appreciated the welcome basket with some local snacks! We would definitely stay here again. ”
