“Immaculate hotel. From the moment we checked in, we felt informed and welcome. The room was spotless and we enjoyed an evening meal with gorgeous scenery. Easy to access Whitby town from. We stayed with two children (7 & 4) and they were well catered for. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This hotel was vey horrible. The bed and quilt and bed are full of stain. The room, corridor and carpet are very dirty, they are full of sour smell (like vomit after drunk), the heater and exhaust fan are dusty, and a lot of louse and ants. 100% not recommend!!!!”

“Decent hotel in a good location, big bed to enjoy myself with the husband and wife threesome I organised through Tinder. Stayed their for three nights and staff were nice, didn't eat in the place as its cheap food. My guests were happy with the room whilst we entertained ourselves. ”

“Excellent stay. I have been to many places and stayed in many hotels but this hotel has perhaps the best bed! Super clean rooms. The only reason I didnt give five stars for facilities is that they do not have a hair dryer and the water pressure of the shower wasn't great. The staff did look into it and I didnt expect it to be an immediate fix so in the bigger picture, that was a trivial problem; it doesn't take away from how brilliant the establishment is.”
