「We stayed in the Cornflower room. Very impressed with all of the thoughtful extras included from milk in the fridge a variety of beverages, bath salts etc. Adele was a lovely host, very helpful with local information. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will return if in the area. 」

「What a place. This is by far the best small hotel I have stayed in for a long time. On arrival the team member checking us, had the process complete in under 2 minutes. We had lunch in the bar, luxury furniture and great selection of alcohol if you wanted it. There was a limited small menu offering a good selection of meals all of which could be personalised. All served by the excellent waiting staff. For dinner there was a sumptuous selection of meals available again all of which...

「Lovely hotel just 10 minutes walk from the centre of York. Situated in a student area but it is quiet and there's lots of lovely cafes and restaurants only a few minutes away. Hotel was stunning, modern and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and we'd definitely stay again. Breakfast was amazing.」

「Beautiful hotel and very nice bathroom, bed was comfortable. Quiet environment and around 20 mins walk to city centre. Only thing is we have big luggage but there is no lift.」

「Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. 」
