“You should stay here!! My whole family wanted to stay here for our entire trip and didn’t want to leave! The pictures, and even description/reviews don’t do this place justice! Not only is the house very well appointed with everything you could need for a great stay but the beds are VERY comfortable and the creek area out back is comically awesome. You could easily simply spend a day just hanging at this house and its beautiful and fun creek access. The hosts are great, all processes were very……

“Pictures can be a little deceiving! Inside was nice and cozy but the outdoor space was a mess! Grass hadn’t been cut for weeks, hot tub was cloudy and had debris. Telescope was decorative only as it didn’t work at all. The deck looked like it wasn’t cleaned in ages as it was covered in so many cobwebs and debris. 3 empty propane tanks and one with barely any to grill. Remote for upstairs tv missing, couldn’t get ahold of the hosts for almost a full day (we were only there for a 2 nights) and……

“We were awestruck by the gorgeous view from the wide balcony surrounding the house. The waterfall was in full force even in dry July. It is close enough to Yosemite Park that we were able to make day trips to the park and come back early enough for a dip in the creek below the water fall in the back of the house. The house is well equipped and functional. The only polite suggestion I can make is that the bed mattresses could be replaced with a more comfortable kind to be compatible with the house……

“Pros - Nice location about 20-30 minutes to the southern entrance to Yosemite, about 1.5 hr to Yosemite Valley. The house is off the main road, so is fairly quiet. The host was responsive to text messages and check in process was smooth. Beds were fairly comfortable, and our kids enjoyed the bunk bed.Cons - Unfortunately, the kitchen had been infiltrated by ants. They were all over the counters and had entered several of the cabinets, meaning we had to store all food in either the refrigerator……

“There was confusion concerning the rooms and beds in this home. There were pictures showing different beds and noted as 5 bedrooms, but when we arrived, only 4 bedrooms. This was an issue because I had assigned all of my guests to have a bed and in certain rooms. When I questioned the owner, she stated she has never advertised as 5 bedrooms. I sent her a screen shot of VRBO showing the different beds (different bedspreads room furnishings). She stated that 2 of the beds were of the same……
