Toll Lage & große Wohnung

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr sauber,schön und strandnah. Wir haben extra ein FH mit Grundstück gebucht ,damit unser Enkel spielen kann. Unser FH war in der Mitte dreier Häuser. Privatsphäre gab es nicht, da sich unsere Nachbarn zur Rechten gern über unser Grundstück zu den Nachbarn zur Linken bewegten. Es wurde fleißig Hecke geschnitten um uns zu begutachten. Wir vermuten, dass es sich um die Besitzer handelte.Das Grillen auf dem Grundstück war für uns aus Brandschutzgründen verboten, obwohl nebenan gegrillt wurde. Die Rezeption ist selten besetzt.Da es bei uns am vorletzten Tag einen Notfall zu Hause gab,wollten wir vorzeitig abreisen. Leider war die Rezeption nicht erreichbar. Zum FH gehört nur 1Parkplatz obwohl 6Personen im Haus wohnen können. Zum Glück verfügt das danebenliegende Hotel über reichlich Parfläche und man kann für 5€ täglich einen Parkplatz mieten. Im FH gibt es kein Wlan und der Handy-und Internetempfang geht gegen Null.(außer Vodafone) Trotz guter Ausstattung und super Lage des Ferienhauses gibt es doch einige Sachen im Umfeld, die verbesserungswürdig sind.

Hervorragend!

Ich war mit Sohn und 2 Enkeln zwei Wochen lang im W49. Es ist alles geräumiger, als die Fotos erwarten lassen. Und es ist alles da, was man braucht (eine eigene Waschmaschine + Trockner wären natürlich auch toll). Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen, barfuß zum feinsandigen Strand ohne über eine Hauptverkehrsstraße gehen zu müssen, perfekt. Wir haben für 2023 wieder gebucht.

Unterkunft und schöne Lage

Schöne Ferienwohnung an der nichts gefehlt hat. Man kann alles gut unterbringen wie z.B. Fahrräder etc. sowie eigener Parkplatz für PKW. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Super, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Urlaub pur.

Wir verbrachten im April 2018 eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Zempin. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen ist die Rezeption der Ferienanlage tgl. besetzt. Der Weg zur Ostsee ist wirklich in wenigen Minuten zu absolvieren, der Strand ist sehr schön. Es gibt auch viele Spielplätze in der Umgebung. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Sachsen!
