“I would give it 10 stars. It is a family operated hotel and they make you feel like part of the family. As soon as you arrive the lady in charge takes the time to explain the best routes to explore and tries to make sure to help you in any way possible. She even share with us delicious watermelon and gave us souvenirs at the end. The rest of the staff is also very welcoming. The room was spacious, the beds very confortable and clean. The hotel is cozy and you have every you need for your basic……

“It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us.”

“Convenient with good location to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. Best to eat at restaurants on the other side of the bridge, we found the one that was close by offers substandard food at exorbitant prices.”

The toiletries were of high quality, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
