“I need to check-in in the mid-night for some reason. But thanks for the staffs. She still open the door for us. Hotel is clean is comfortable. They have hair dry (not much Sri Lanka hotel have hair dry) Breakfast is amazing! ”

“We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. The only downside is how outdated the rooms and facilities were. If only the owner and upper management would upgrade, I would go back to stay……

“Wonderful hotel with the most kind and helpful staff. Beautiful location, clean and tidy rooms and space and the pool was lush. We had a great stay here with my son, husband and sister in law. Definitely recommend and hope to come back one day. The hotel were also extremely accomodating with a mix up that I made with the booking. They went above and beyond to help.”

“A lovely stay at the Wild Grass Resort. The villa was amazing - clean, very spacious , beautiful outdoor enclosed showers. Very tranquil location. The breakfast was superb - fresh fruit , juice, fresh coffee , a choice of cooked breakfasts - plentiful and fresh. Staff were lovely - attentive and polite . Highly recommended to stay here ! “Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more……

“Séjour dans un cadre superbe. Par contre le dîner accompagné d'insectes et autres moustiques et bestioles, a été un des pires moments. Mésaventure concernant le règlement. Nous avons réglé la totalité à notre départ et on s'est fait débité le règlement une nouvelle fois sur la carte qui a servi de réservation. C'est vraiment très limite et surtout incompréhensible. Nous avons appelé l'hôtel hier qui nous a confirmé un remboursement que nous surveillons, et bien entendu, nous n'hésiterons pas……
