“Location is absolutely gorgeous and easy to see elephants come across at night. But customer office is not responding or assist with any refund stuff, and have no action to solve another problem during stay.”

“除了地理位置优越外，没有太多值得称赞之处了。在狮子岩上看日落，天黑了马上可以到酒店。一早起来可以欣赏阳光慢慢铺满狮子岩的美景。就是冲着地理位置优越而来，其它也就只能将就了。 早餐用餐的过程就是边吃边赶苍蝇，赶快吃赶快喝，不然就是被苍蝇吃了喝了的感觉。”

“Feel cheated by both the Expedia as have done booking for 4 and taken half course which is break fast and one meal where as the voucher shows only for 2 adults. The worst part is property manager knew that the voucher had written 2 but they didn’t inform us that the meals are there for 2 only and when we checked out raised a bill for meals of $140 whereas I paid $80 already for the same . Wasted almost an hour and later have to pay $100 extra . Really sad part, it’s not about money but the……

“We had such a wonderful stay at Cassendra Kandy. From checking in to a spotless and very well set out room, amazing breakfast to exceptional staff. There is not one thing we could complain about. “The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.”

“Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny.”
