“除了地理位置优越外，没有太多值得称赞之处了。在狮子岩上看日落，天黑了马上可以到酒店。一早起来可以欣赏阳光慢慢铺满狮子岩的美景。就是冲着地理位置优越而来，其它也就只能将就了。 早餐用餐的过程就是边吃边赶苍蝇，赶快吃赶快喝，不然就是被苍蝇吃了喝了的感觉。”

“Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny.”

“I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable room with great water pressure. Probably the best shower I've had in all of Sri Lanka The location is great. Close enough to walk to the city centre but still far enough away from the city noise Best part about this hotel though is the receptionist Dilrukshi. Very friendly, personable and genuine. Always greets you with a smile and asks about how you're doing in a non forced way, you can tell she actually cares about her guests. Thank……

“I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel.……

“Staff were excellent and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. Food was fresh and delicious. We recommend keeping the spa open till later in the day although we note the concern about wild elephants and safety. Overall a great place and we would love to come back”
