「We stayed on Saturday evening as we had been to watch Strictly. We didn't use any of the amenities because we arrived back late. Breakfast was good in the morning. If in the area, would stay again」

「Pretty hotel with old style renovation 」

「The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.」

「I had no problems with cleanliness. 2 star motels in the US usually have a small refrigerator in their rooms, they answer their phones, they have small soap bars and small toothpaste available. You did not have any. How can I reach an attendant when you don't answer your phone and you have 1 attendant running from the restaurant to the small check in booth you have. 「房間整潔，餐廳空間寬敞，職員有禮！」

「Big room and good mattress only」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful 」

However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」
