“I always stay at this hotel whenever I’m working in the West Palm Beach area, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which is especially important after a long workday, and my crew is always able to rest well. The breakfast is also very good and convenient before starting the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel has become our preferred place to stay whenever we’re working in the area. Highly recommended!”

“The location is nice and staff is as helpful as they can be considering they were severely understaffed (one person cleaning rooms). The front desk lady had to clean our room. Bugs are an issue. The room wasnt cleaned well before we arrived (there was sand on the floor and in the bed). It wasnt a good experience at all. We wont be coming back, needless to say.”

“Pet friendly , staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate with plenty of everything. The bed / bedding was incredibly soft. Normally I bring my own down pillows but I forgot and was quite happy to discover that the pillows at the Hyatt are excellent. Not lumpy and not flat. We would easily stay there again. The price on Expedia was actually higher than the hotel which I didn’t like but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. I will address this with Expedia.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.”

“My bathroom sink was clogged with water to the rim...had to remove rest of my makeup in bathtub. That is where I saw the big hole in the bath tub. Impossible to sleep at night because highway noise is so loud but so is the AC. Was promised a new suite on other side of building for the next day but the day time front desk person refused to change me. Even the cleaning staff told me this suite was not supposed to be rented out and that there were other available suites even on my floor.There was……

“I paid extra for an ocean view thinking I could see it. I had a clear view of the parking lot only if I stood at the balcony. The cheap chairs were too small to see over the concrete wall. Yes there was an ocean way off in the distance. Yay me. The refrigerator froze all the drinks I brought. There was only one elevator for the large hotel and most of the time it said, “Only four people can ride at a time.” It was very small and very slow. The two parking lots were so far from the……
