“熱水無法ㄧ直使用，需等待ㄧ段時間才有熱水，在5°的寒冷天氣裡，無法ㄧ直持續使用熱水洗澡是很痛苦的事情，尤其是到日本旅遊突然要更換住宿是很不方便的，很多飯店都沒空房了……”

“The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. ”

“This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to……

“I had stayed in Tomi for 3 nights by myself and everything was great! Location - a quiet yet convenient corner of Ginza. Just 10 minutes of walk and you are in the heart of Ginza. Metro is just at the corner too. Stay - very nicely decorated and it easily became my home for 4 days instead of just another bigger hotel room. You got fully equipped kitchen (which is such a luxury in Tokyo), Living room (with great Hi-Fi!), Dining room, big Bathroom, and washing machine. This would be perfect for……

"Excellent hardware in the hotel room and public areas. The staffs are good in service and polite. However the nearby areas are not very convient with bearly some restaurants and convienent shops. No entertainments nearby and no shops open after 21:00. Rooms may be too small for travel with someone but good for solo."
