“Great room and comfy bed and coffee”

“The check IN took a little longer than expected, had to ring a door bell at the front desk, a sign stated that they stepped away to assist another department. Took about 10 minutes before they reappeared. Once they got started the check-in process went well. on the way to the elevator, a family just got out of the pool, the hallway and elevator was full of water. No wet floor signs to be found. The room was clean. The bed was excellent. Good shower as well. The breakfast was hot but limited.……

“The staff was so helpful. They answered questions and gave very helpful suggestions. The room was very clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here on my next trip.”

“That old lady is a cheapskate, I arrived at 11pm after driving 7 hrs all food places are closed so I asked for a granola bar for the morning breakfast and she flatout said NO”

“Only good thing I can say about the room was the water pressure was good. The sheets were blood stained. I think they may have been washed, but were definitely not clean. 1 of the pillow cases had blood splattered on it and it was red, so it's was not washed. The toilet was wobbly and crooked with stains in the bottom. The ice maker did not work, so no ice and it was 95 degree. The air conditioner would only work if set to 60. Breakfast was room temperature orange and apple juice and……

“The stay was very comfortable, the breakfast was also very good, especially the restaurant manager's service attitude was very good👍”

“It's a newer Tru and very nice property. Right beside Topsail Hill and there's a Donut Hole right down the sidewalk. You can tell the staff really cares and takes a lot of pride in the property. The Wednesday night reception was something I'd never experienced before at a smaller hotel. The king rooms are great for two people. If you have more than two, then you'll need a larger room.”

“The manager and the girl who checked us in they’re very polite and nice, the next day was a girl she had like a pink hair. I asked her for a hand soap and she said it’s not mandatory to have a hand soap in the bathrooms. 🤔🤔 and not only that the shower curtains had mold. They never been changed , and I feel even the sheets were never changed and good thing. I have my own sheets and blankets and cleaning products , and going back to the soap That was kind of odd and weird cause every hotel have……

“The hotel staff is not there if anything is needed call the phone number on the front door for assistance.”

“The place is poorly kept, the rooms are dirty, the sheets are stained, the bathrooms are old and stained, and the tile repair looked like a kid did it with brown grout. I even found a live roach and a dead one. I booked it for two nights but left the next day. I got a refund for the second night, but when I told the front desk person about all of this, he just said the roaches weren't roaches, they were "bugs"? I definitely don't recommend this place.”
