“Check in and check out was very easy. Our room was clean except for a few stains on the carpet, but that's not a huge deal. The beds and linens were clean. All appliances worked. Water pressure was perfect! Would probably choose to stay here again! Only downside really is parking is very limited.”

“What was right- Reception at arrival was friendly and helpful. What was wrong-A pet fee and a pet sanitation were charged but not disclosed prior on the website during reservation. I booked early to secure a better rated unit and we were place in a unit that smelled like human urine. The entry lock had more buttons missing than there. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The ice maker did not have a tray to capture the ice being make. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. Where you see 1 cockroach……

“The security guard was super helpful up on arrival. He located the unit for us. Other than that, we walked into a place, with all lamp shades tilted or broken, some lamps with no light bulb in them. There are only few pieces of kitchen dishes left in the cabinet, with no forks, knife or spoons. The sheet on the bed had a cigarettes burning hole, looked not clean. The pull out sofa bed, was also broken, it was almost impossible to open or close it. The outside was not clean, and noisy. ……

“The room was perfect for what I needed. The listing was very upfront about details. Pictures were slightly deceiving but I didn’t need anything crazy nice so I was not disappointed. Coming front out of state never having been to Arizona I honestly should have done more research on the location but it was a quick trip where I wasn’t at my room much anyway. But worked perfectly for what I needed.”

“Room smell like cigarette, bed was broken, and there a thrash bag right outside my unit’s door. TV wasn’t working either. Left and went elsewhere. Management and Hotel employees were helpful and offered to transfer me to another unit, but didn’t like the location and it was too open and unsecured.”

“Really nice and spacious. It had 3 beds in the unit and the kitchen was absolutely clean. Property managers were nice and they were easy to get help from. Very lenient and understanding staff. I Will book again if I'm back in the area. Thank you”

“The bathroom in this specific unit reaked of either mildew or has mold. Please address asap otherwise guests will become sick.”

“Excellent location - safe & walkable neighborhood. Super unique & very nicely updated exterior. Interior was definitely sufficient for 2 people. Very well stocked with just the perfect amount of essentials. This unit was clean, smelled nice, attractive decor and all around **perfect**. I loved that it had a gated entrance w/ keypad for safety. Keyless entry was easy. Vince was an awesome host. More than likely I will be back, as my daughter attends GCU and this is within close proximity to the……

“Great unit. Fantastic location and layout. Only complaint is that the pool is locked in the middle of the building. So if your flight home is later than noon there is no way to just hang out at the pool. You would literally be locked in. And your key only works for the rooftop deck during certain hours. ”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”
