"Nice property but the pool was not open due to maintenance. Although the hotel did compensate by offering transportation to another location but one way only. We had purchased the reservation 3 months ago due to having a pool and we're disappointed when it was not available. We stayed for 5days. "

However, if you’re looking to stay in the most central part of El Poblado or close to the main attractions, this might not be the ideal location. It’s a bit removed from the liveliest areas. Also, there was quite a bit of construction going on nearby during my stay, which could be a bit disruptive at times."
