All the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, especially Exequiel. When I couldn't sleep, I went to the front desk several times to ask, and he was very enthusiastic to tell me how to choose a tour group and also told me what precautions I need to take if I go by myself. “Highly recommended if you have a car. Excellent value. Clean room. Breakfast above average for Yucatan - included protein (cheese, ham, boiled egg). Free parking. Quiet area. 8-10 min walk to Playa 72 and Playa 88 which are great free public beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Downsides: no restaurants close by, internet did not work”

“You get what you pay for. The room itself was clean but it definitely needs some updates to remove the stains in tiles of the bathroom grout and the shower faucets do not shine at all. Linens could also get an upgrade b/c you can tell they have been washed too. many times now. The staff were amazing though especially the gentleman who worked on our arrival. We found our window didn’t lock and the door lock wasn't working either that he made some changes and gave us a new room to feel secure.……

“I stayed at the property for 10 days and would definitely return. The room was clean and large with all of the amenities that I needed. The AC kept the room cool and was quiet. The property mgmt supplied me with all of the required info before I got to the property and I had no issues getting into my room. There were plenty of good restaurants close by and a large grocery store within a 10 minute walk. There were smaller grocery stores a lot closer as well. The pool was rather small but it……

“Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep……

“We just got back from a 5 day stay at Secrets Impressions. This place is really impressive with all of the quality pools and flora for whatever setting you want. Music at the main pool & bar, quiet settings if you want that, a lagoon pool that makes you feel like you're in a secluded cove of the islands. Great food at all restaurants! We would go back and wish we booked for longer. Thx Secrets!”

“The room we had was very basic. A bed, a desk, two night stands, tv, luggage stand, armour with a safe. The bath room was clean with a couple towels and basic toiletries. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. They only provide housekeeping every other day. ”
