“The front desk girl left a lot to be desired. I also heard her to a little rude on the phone. She as not overly friendly. I wished we had had our coffee and towels replaced but I understand that may no longer happen nightly?”

“The kitchen was very efficient. The full size fridge was very handy. There is no can opener , so make sure to bring one with you. Only complaints The hallway smelled of fish my whole stay but luckily not in my room. I said I would checkout between 9-10 Noone should be opening my room door before 9. It woke up my travel companion.”

“Our room was dirty, there were fake eyelashes attached to the night stand, we saw it the next morning. Our toilet kept running but we didn't notice until bed time. I had reserved a room w/ queen beds, noticed at night the beds were only full size but it was late. Tried to use the pool, the main reason I booked it but there was a horrible constant noise running in the pool and the tiles were broken, the hot tub would not get hot. “The room was clean and everything was fine...great location...a short walk to the beach and the pier...not sure why they get bad reviews but I would stay there again.”

“It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach”
