“The room was not stocked well then when asking for more items such as blankets and towels they were rude. Rang the front desk bell multiple times and could here it going off out back and then yelled hello and a guy came out and could still here the bell going off which meant he was ignoring us. Asked for a blanket and pillow and stood there a minute a before he went and got it then was rude when handed over. The next morning grabbed some muffins for sleeping daughters upstairs and was told even……

“The kitchen was very efficient. The full size fridge was very handy. There is no can opener , so make sure to bring one with you. Only complaints The hallway smelled of fish my whole stay but luckily not in my room. I said I would checkout between 9-10 Noone should be opening my room door before 9. It woke up my travel companion.”

“Our room was dirty, there were fake eyelashes attached to the night stand, we saw it the next morning. Our toilet kept running but we didn't notice until bed time. I had reserved a room w/ queen beds, noticed at night the beds were only full size but it was late. Tried to use the pool, the main reason I booked it but there was a horrible constant noise running in the pool and the tiles were broken, the hot tub would not get hot. “I reported a showerhead leak twice in the same room I stayed in, but it still wasn’t fixed. We also had another room where the tub backed up during showers. The stay was okay overall, but the ongoing bathroom maintenance issues were frustrating and should be addressed.”

“Room was clean, but TV was not working. It was a very complicated way to run TV and despite their help and many attempts by them, TV did not work. Price was way too much for the type of room and age old hotel building. It smell strange, Staff was helpful and polite, friendly.”

“It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach”
