It's a fantastic location once you get to know the area & learn how Da Nang works. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comes with amenities, etc. the staff is very friendly & speak decent English to communicate, check in is very fast & easy. “朝起きたら蛇口から熱いお湯しか出なかった。 トイレの構造がドアとかぶって、使いづらかった。 レセプションがバイク置き場と共用で、雑然としてて汚ない。 プールがいつも故障とか、使用不可とかで、全然ダメだった。”

“Staff was very kind, though they gave me the wrong room & I had to get a ride at night all the way back to the hotel from My An to move my stuff to another room, they were very confused when checking me in.. there's no description or signs showing that they charge for water from your fridge, the TV didn't work & my room had no window. Again, the staff was very kind & friendly, there's just a lot of room for improvement. If things were up to date it would be a better experience. Cảm ơn”
