“Rooms and building are all in excellent shape. The pool was closed all five days we stayed at this property. Breakfast provided was minimal compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Many mornings there was no cutlery Very little condiments Very poor selection of items. Staff did not seem concerned with these issues when it was brought to their attention. Just a sorry our kitchen is closed and the pool is being repaired.”

“very nice hotel. has many upgrades since we last stayed many years ago. all positive. does not offer full breakfast but has fruit and muffins and coffee/tea. nice ambiance. looks very efficient. dogs stay free and they have slushie machine for kids. only criticism is the usual TV inefficiency. {wouldnt work corectly and no advice sheet for 2 remotes that were in room.} There was a card giving some advice or call the desk. we came in late from an outing and didnt want to get desk……

“Check in was wonderful and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with no odours or lingering scents. Pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the hot tub was great for the adults. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything that was Gluten free was labelled - and they made the eggs and sausage GF - which rarely happens at other hotels. Will definitely look for Best Western first for future travels.”

“The room was clean. The bed was quite soft, to the point it was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The patio we had in a newly renovated room was incomplete and looked through a chain link fence to a parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but the people above us were quite loud walking and banging around (maybe their balcony door?) through the night. Sounded like a WWE match and woke us a few times in the night. Staff were pleasant, room was clean and functional. Good for what we needed it……
