"Great view, nice pool (infinity edge not working but not the end of the world) all rooms and amenities as described. Safe and secure area. Great access to 5 beaches from 5minutes away to 30minutes away. "

"This spot is an amazing balance between privacy and location to the beach. You’re up high enough to have amazing views of the ocean and sunset while at the same time being able to walk to the beach and be close to town. The private pool was a much needed bonus to the experience as well. Having contact with the Rich Coast team was also super helpful navigating activities and questions about our stay. Will definitely be back!"

"Super clean, incredible view and super simple walk to main Playa Flamingo, and a smaller more “private” beachfront is even closer and is amazing for snorkeling/fishing. Host is incredibly responsive and kind and check in/out was very simple. "

"I've stayed at the Hotel Guanacaste for 15 years - the only times i have not is when they haven't had a room available- it's my preferred local. It's not a fancy place, but it suits my needs. It is very close to the bus stations and dining choices "

"We wanted a relaxing vacation and this place worked perfectly. Got seamless transfers (hated that Monkey Road) to and from LIR. Easy to walk to the beach in Potrero, the market, brewery and some great restaurants, sodas and food carts. The condo was large and comfortable. The pool area and other guests (mostly kind Canadians) were great.Would recommend "
