“This hotel need to pay 200 CAD for deposit and credit to the credit card when check out. Additional charges from credit card is needed.”

“I think this property deserves a higher rating. The staff were helpful and attentive. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. They have 2 swimming pools, and complimentary breakfast. Everything was epic and span. Will definitely go again.”

“To start it says it’s a hotel and it’s a refurbished crack Motel. The room was semi clean with silverfish in the tub and ants on the floor. There was no cold water that ran in any faucet and the tub didn’t drain well so I was standing in someone else’s guck. They had a kitchenette with an induction and no cooking dishes or utensils no dish towels or dish cloths. There was towels for one person in a king suite and no trash cans available. Talked to the management and they weren’t willing to do……

“Front desk staff was not present at check in. Homeless shelter is next door. Homeless people everywhere. When I asked if they had any problems with the people in the neighborhood, her response was ‘we are not responsible for your car, just park out front’. It is fair to tell patrons that there is a homeless shelter next door before they can’t get out of their booking…”

“Our first vacation with our baby and its not quite premium season: We apparently arrived at a party hotel for drinkers, smokers, and loud music till 1 am. No repercussions. In our room, our fire alarm went off at 4am and again at 6am waking us and our baby up. They did nothing for us. My husband had to rip it down himself so we could get any sleep. The inside cleaning staff was good but the outside cleaning staff were more on their phones than cleaning cobwebs off the bbqs, seating, etc. The……

“Spotless bathroom.Clean white sheets although with chemical laundry odours, plus strong cigarette smoke in room. Baby bottle and pen under dresser, crayons in drawer from previous overnighters. Filthy patio door windows, ratty outdoor chairs. Unfriendly front end guy, unsecured key return box.”
