“Staff were friendly. There was unique smell to the whole hotel that wasn’t very pleasant. Elevator’s you could tell were older and slow. I found a blood stain on the sheets but it did look like it was washed and only a stain. The air didn’t seem to work but it was very hot and high humidity outside. Room was spacious.”

“I was surprised that the breakfast was more like a quick continent breakfast at a holiday inn. I would have expected more from this historic tutwiler Hampton Inn and Suites”

“Do not stay here! This place needs some serious work done…. The vending machines did not work, stains on sheet, mold on bathroom ceiling and toilet was clogged in my first room so they moved me… ac frozen in new room, brought keys to move me next door to original room but someone had just checked in (which confused the hell out of the front desk guy), moved again, chair broken but ac worked… at this point the other half of my party arrived and we all opted to leave… the front desk guy did his……

“They have Ruth Steakhouse inside the hotel. A Koi fish pond in the middle of the atrium. All rooms have a balcony. Separate living room area. Microwave, fridge, iron. Inside swimming pool. Gym. Close to alot of attractions and restaurant. Valet parking. Daily manager reception with free drinks and snacks. Cook to order omelets as well”

“Mike our valet was amazing! Took great care of our car. Room was nice and clean. View was the only downside. Looked into pipes and a wall.”

“when I first checked in the microwave & fridge wasn’t clean so I had to clean it up. The room wasn’t bad at. Breakfast was from 6-8:30 which I thought ended early. Everything was going good up until i checked out on 6/1 which was my bday. I woke up & got breakfast. After that I took a nap & got up at 9 am. Checkout is not until 11 am. A younger guy knocked on my door I’m guessing to start cleaning but I told him I wasn’t done with the room yet and he said ok. So around 10 something I started……
