“This was a great stay with many conveniences, like Starbucks and dining in the lobby. Easy parking, convenient location near interstate 40. Several chain restaurants very close by. My only complaint is we chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool, but the pool wasn’t really heated. It felt really quite cold getting in, and my toddler was shivering within a few min. I asked the staff if the pool could be heated more, and they said there is an adjustable thermostat but they don’t have a key……

“Great place”

“I stayed here three years ago, with a couple of my family members, and felt comfortable and safe. When another trip to Knoxville came up, this Holiday Inn was automatically my first choice. Staff is helpful, beds are comfortable, rooms are huge (at least my two have been). The only thing I don't like is the position of the towel racks by the sink; for those of us who stand when washing our hands, we either have to push the towel to one end and stand very awkwardly to avoid our clothes touching……

“This comment is directed to Expedia. We chose this hotel over the courtyard because they advertised a manager’s reception. The hotel staff stated that this was not the case and that they had repeatedly told Expedia to remove the statement but Expedia failed to do so.”

“We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area. About the motel: It is very convenient to both I75 and U Tenn (15 min from the building we were meeting at). There is a Kroger 2 minutes away, many restaurants within the same distance. About the service: Thank you Dave! You are an excellent……
