Perfect location — within walking distance to Market Square, several excellent restaurants, bars and multiple breweries. Host was very responsive, and provided great restaurant recommendations. Owners were easy to deal with. Our only minor complaint was that the living room tv did not have a remote, and we could not change the channel. Small inconvenience. Overall 5-stars.”

It is close to the downtown Market Square area but tucked away right off campus in a quiet neighborhood. “We thoroughly enjoy our stay! The check in was seamless with their app and the digital key. The location is fantastic with a close driving proximity to campus and downtown, or a super quick uber ride. The space was fantastic! 3 well appointed bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and linens. I cooked 3 full meals in the kitchen which had everything I needed! The balcony was fantastic, comfortable and offered great views!! We stay in A LOT of VRBO’s and this was absolutely perfect for us! “We stayed in this condo for a weekend getaway. It was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and check in and check out were easy with good instructions from the host. The bed was comfortable and there were ceiling fans and a fan on a stand which we like to use at night. The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly. Would definitely book this condo again!”

“This place was exactly as posted. It’s in a gated community. It’s very close to Cades Cove and only a small drive to Gatlinburg. The community is clean and very well landscaped. The inside of the condo was stocked with everything and more that we needed. Spare towels, pillows, blankets. Even some cooking spices and kcups! The beds were very comfortable and clean! There is a stand up washer/dryer in the unit and a great walk in shower in the master bath. The neighborhood is nice to walk around in……

“My husband and I were delighted when we received a text from Rod telling us that the cabin would be ready for check in early. When we walked in, we felt like we were home. Everything was perfect…just what we wanted and needed for a weekend away. The arcade was a blast to play, too. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back!”
