“Ok”

“Not a lot of carpet in the room, the floor and bathroom felt clean. There was no microwave in the room, but there was one at the end of the hallway, which was easy to use with a few tables set up. There is coffee at the front lobby. There was a small refrigerator in the room. The hotel was safe comfortable my kids enjoyed the nice warm hot tub and the cooler pool. It wasn’t inexpensive stay for our weekend. My only complaint is the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Low to the ground and cheap……

“Disappointing Stay: Poor Management, Dirty Sheets, and Misleading Communication. We booked two rooms for a single night via Expedia to celebrate Father’s Day and our daughter’s birthday. When we pulled back the covers on the main bed, the sheets were covered in hairs of varying lengths. We texted the front desk using their QR code system to ask for fresh sheets. We were told to text when we were ready, which we did. After waiting over 20 minutes with no delivery, we texted again. When sheets……

“The room was terrible. It smelled so musty and like mild/mold. Went to the front desk, asked for a new room and was told they were sold out. Asked for my money back, was told I can't do that. Luckily a friend stayed there too, her room was rough, but didn't have the same smell so he slept in there. I opened our door and let it open for about 2 hours and still couldn't get the smell out. I slept in the room I paid for. Woke up in the am and my sinuses were so messed up. I couldn't breath and was……

“i liked the option of a soft, fluffy pillow among the others on the bed. Several options for pools from the outdoor pool to the large hot tub to the pool for serious swimmers. The Inn was very nice overall.”
