“It’s a bad service in the front of desk….”

“整體ok, 床褥太軟, 預備好房間比正常check in時間遲了個多小時。”

“地理位置是非常好的，但如果洒店能有保安在門外守衛會更理想，太多人會在門外守候想打旅客主意了。實在令人有不安感覺。還有，理應VIP ACCESS的洒店應該要有升級，但我沒有感受到。”

“I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit". She was unable to give me any further satisfactory explanation, but did explain that I could use that as credit to buy food and drinks, which I did, and used up that amount during the evening. Doesn't seem much point to me in……

“I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the afternoon of the second day, i came back and found that the room key not working. I went down to reception for help and got a rude treatment from the mid age man in black. The problem was not caused by me and it seemed he was annoyed that I had brought some more work to him. Terrible for a hotel experience.”

“Overall it was great. But hair dryer in the bathroom was not in good working order. The shower was a bit hot and cold at times. Other than that it was a great stay and enjoy the hotel and the staff were very accommodating. ”

“This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.”

“The location was perfect for us and the Hotel delivered everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful, booking taxis etc for us. Even though I have a milk allergy and could not have the scrambled eggs for breakfast, there was enough provided that I could take, so I did not go hungry!! Alternatives to cow milk are provided (Soya). For me it was a joy to see that the hotel has not succumbed to those awful rainfall showers!! They had good, directional showers and the flow was great! “We arrived late in the evening with a young child, the check in process was simple and we were in our room in no time at all. The hotel was very clean, and extremely quiet over night given how busy the hotel was. The staff at breakfast were attentive and very friendly, overall a lovely stay, and I'd highly recommend ”

“While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly. ”
