「Sleeping was challenging. We had a person walking around all hours of the night above us. That would be okay typically but in this hotel the floor boards creek so loudly that it kept us awake. I ask the front desk manager when we checked out if they get complaints about the floors. They do! She however was very accommodating and we received a discount on our room. Request a top floor in this hotel and remember people below will hear you walking around.」

「The property is poorly maintained. Trash everywhere. Ice machine is not functioning. Carpet in room was filthy. Rooms smell of mold. TV remote was sticky. Refrigerator didn't chill. Finally, be advised...they have a 48 hour check out rule if you are leaving the room early. Must notify them 2 days in advance of checking out if you want to cancel. Otherwise they keep your money. No exceptions. Won't go back.」
