“Really enjoyed staying in the room that was on 2 floors. Great view of the sea. Room was OK. needs updating as does the rest of the hotel. The lift is very small. Could only get 2 small people in it. Not much room for anything else. Great Indian restaurant inside the hotel. Highly recommended that. Great location just needs updating. Great staff.”

“A bit dated Premier Inn not far from the ferry port of Dover. We had a relatively spacious room with a sea view. Bed was quite comfy, room was warm though as its not possible to open the windows properly. 115€ wasnt cheap though for what was offered.”

“The shower drainage was stuck, bath water was soaking up above my feet, it was very disgusting. The shower tap was difficult to use and had to use brutal force to turn on. I finally asked my wife to endure not to take bath on that night. carpet old and dirty. stairs very steep and narrow, room. door key is kind of toy that all rooms can use the sane key. the room door was difficult to shut and open, had to kick open and pull hardly to lock. the only reception man answered door very late……

“Charming hotel and great location. Bar and restaurant onsite were very nice and handy. Breakfast was amazing! Hospitality of the staff, also amazing. Don't let limited parking scare you, they have a nice arrangement for inexpensive overnight parking just across the street. Older facility, so don't expect air conditioning, and of course we stayed there during a historical heat wave in the UK for May. On normal nights, I think temps would be fine. Would recommend and stay at again.”

“Had never stayed at a premier inn before so wasn’t aware of some of the strange rules like going down to reception each morning to ask for our room to be cleaned the same day, this was just plain stupid and by day 2 one of the staff kindly added this to our entire booking. The parking was painful as if you went out late you couldn’t get a park even though they make you pay for all the parking when you arrive, but again a staff member talked to Pizza Hutt and they let us park there a night.……
